A lifelong resident of St. Marys, Georgia, I’m a proud father of two amazing boys and a dedicated professional in the coatings industry. With 25 years of experience in the paint industry—10 of those specializing in floor coatings—I founded Frog Splash Coatings after recognizing the need for a knowledgeable, reliable contractor in Coastal Georgia. My goal is to deliver high-quality coatings backed by expert craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Our Process
1. Free Consultation & Estimate
We start with a no-obligation consultation. We’ll assess your space, discuss your goals, and provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once we receive your deposit, we will then get you on the schedule.
2. Surface Preparation
Proper prep is key. We mechanically grind the surface using industrial equipment to remove imperfections and open up the concrete for maximum coating adhesion. We also repair cracks, pits, and spalling to create a smooth, even surface.
3. Base Coat Application
Next, we apply a high-quality base coat designed for maximum adhesion and durability. This layer bonds deep into the concrete and sets the foundation for a long-lasting finish.
4. Apply Desired Flake
While the base coat is still wet, we broadcast decorative vinyl chips across the entire surface for texture, color, and slip resistance. You can choose from a wide variety of chip blends to match your style.
5. Scrape & Clean
Once the base coat cures, we scrape and clean the surface to remove excess chips and prepare for the final coat.
6. Polyaspartic Top Coat
Finally, we apply a UV-stable, chemical-resistant polyaspartic top coat that seals everything in and provides a sleek, professional finish. Cures in hours, not days, and is ready for light foot traffic the same day!
